The minimum period of time that we rent our properties for is an entire month, up to 6 months max stay time.
The security deposit that has to be paid is fully refundable (if no damage has been done to the property). It is equal to 25% of the total stay.
Rent is due to pay at the begining of your stay with us, either through pay-pal, bank transfer or cash. Please note we do not accept cards or checks.
The pricing of the listings keeps on changing throghout the year, so the prices indicated are the ones that are fix for the moment being.
